  • In 2007 Aqua Holding AG of Switzerland acquired a 10% share of Geohumus International Research & Development GmbH. In 2009 Aqua Holding AG acquired an additional 10.05%.
  • Holger Behrens, CFO of Geohumus International GmbH holds 0.55% of the shares.
  • In 2009 Susanne Klatten acquired through Skion GmbH 28.9% of the shares.
